How do the online sessions work?

We will connect through video calls, where I will provide real-time feedback and guide you just like we’re in the same room.

Can I adjust my coaching plan?

Yes! Your plan is flexible, and we can make adjustments along the way to ensure it fits your evolving needs and progress.

What equipment will I need?

Simply wear comfortable clothes, have a water bottle ready, and use a yoga/pilates mat with good grip. I suggest not wearing any shoes.

Do I need to be flexible to start?

Not at all! Flexibility is something we will work on together, and you will improve naturally over time through the sessions.

Are there any health requirements?

Yes, it's essential to disclose any health conditions or injuries before starting the sessions.

Can I cancel a scheduled session?

Yes, you can cancel scheduled sessions up to 6 hours before starting time. Cancelation on short notice will count the session as performed.
