About me
I wasn’t always in tune with my body. My journey began as an academic and a white-collar worker, where a sedentary lifestyle led to type II diabetes, body image issues, and me being unhappy. When I started embracing movement through Pilates, Yoga, and Bodyweight training, I transformed my life. This journey taught me that healing is a continuous process, and with each step, I felt more empowered and confident in my own body. Now, I use my experience to help others improve their posture, relieve pain, and reconnect with their bodies.

This mindful practice creates lasting benefits, helping my clients reconnect with their bodies, manage stress, and experience a greater sense of peace and resilience.
